The problem I couldn’t stop thinking about
I sell online. My store — PRIME METAL on Meesho — started small, the way most Indian seller journeys do. Then growth happened. And with growth came chaos.
I was listing the same product across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and more — each with a different SKU, different pricing rules, different keyword requirements, different label formats. Every order meant manually checking stock across tabs. One night I oversold. The penalties cost me real money.

I went looking for a tool that could just handle all of this — built for Indian sellers, for Indian marketplaces. I found nothing. The tools that existed were either built for Amazon US, too expensive for a small Indian business, or did just one thing.
So I built it myself. Not just for me — for every seller in India who knows that frustration. That's how EcomShadow was born.
But EcomShadow was always Product #1, never the company. Indian SMBs have a hundred different versions of the same problem I had — running on spreadsheets, browser tabs, and WhatsApp reminders, while large brands take well-built software for granted.
